They seem to work well, better than the L/XL I hate the 2 in one sizing I found these for shipping but only let me buy in a 60count, they are wider thankfully because I feel like they run small regardless I always use a pad in them for the person I’m taking care of so I don’t know how well they work on their own but I do like this brand a lot from the other 2 previous ones I’ve used before

It has been a year come May 2016 since I brought home my partner from a nursing home. she suffered a stroke Xmas 2014 and right side totally paralysis and is incontinent. She cannot get up to utilize bathroom. I have tried MANY products from in stores and on the web. some product proclaiming 30 oz absorbency etc. With all we would get generally a 4 hours time frame between needing to change the diaper or bed/chair would be totally soaked. with this product we can go sometimes as long as 6 hours and still not leaking. this is especially nice for night time she now can sleep up to 6 hours vice waking her up every 4 hours. Also it is good for when we need to go to drs. and can spend some time out making go eat out. I would recommend this product to anyone who is a care taker for someone.

I appreciate being able to adjust the fit to my body. The tape strips could be a bit longer though I really like that the length of the pad is longer.

Need more personal dimensions
Excellent absorption! Well tailored. Not constricting as pant. For those who have serious issues with back, maneuverability is extremely limited. The width between the legs remind me of Yosemite Sam. Between the legs is so wide and difficult to just get around the leg. Is there a way to make a thick pad that fits between the legs in a normal fashion. As it stands, the leg slide and it reminds me of baby diapers that are full. Other than this, I highly recommend.

IMHO they didn’t fit right. I was using 2xl but they were too big. went to xl and thrre is a huge size difference. Constantly leaking in the xl as well. Going back to 2xl.

i cant rate what was nevet received….4 weeks waiting on this item…had to cancel to repurchase…still waiting on the other order. only 3 days but was went a message saying order delayed….will go into Walmart to.purchase, getting low cant wait until order gets here, will run out.

Good product, terrible delivery service.
Very satisfied with the Assurance product, however, the choice to use FedEx Ground for shipping has convinced me to not buy from Walmart. I ordered these on a consistant basis so my mom does not run out, but due to the shipping delay, I had to buy a different brand.

Fastening tabs are insecure and hard to use if patient is contracted! The side panels tear easily if pulled at all. They are not as absorbent as other Assurance products used. Very difficult to put on!!
