I liked it, good price. It was the closet I could find to minimal, only needed, as well as safe ingredients in the soap. I don’t care if my hand soap is a color or not and would really rather it be clear. No need to add stupid ingredients to lather the largest organ on the human body in. That’s just my opinion. But to me, it makes perfect sense-there is no need to add due to ANYTHING!!!

Keeper, finally found
Finally switched from Soft Soap which was like water and didn’t even make a lather. I will be using this in the future. Worth the extra couple of cents. I had been using Soft Soap for years and then it happened, it was so watered down and tried all the types but had to change and I will using dial, hopefully the quality stays!

WATERED DOWN HEAVILY 2024
Love the scent….but Dial watered down this soap by at least 50%!
We use these refills to refill our foaming dispensers…trick is always to add water…about 4 to 1.
Normally this soap shouldn’t work in a foaming soap dispenser without adding a lot of water. Like I said 4 to 1 ratio is about ideal.
This so is so watered down it works fine without even adding water. Literally getting like 1/3 the actual soap of what it used to be. Color me shocked! I’ll be using a different brand lol.

formula seems to have changed and is now sub-standaard
I have been buying this soap refill for years and was quite satisfied with it, but the last batch I bought (May/June 2024) seems to have a different formula and now the soap is watery and does not lather well, even when using double the amount. Dial, please go back to your previous formula.

Dial – The Formula Changed
Dial has long been a staple in our home for many years. Beginning in 2023-24, the formula changed. The soap is more watery and thinner resulting in a poor experience with the pumps or refilling pumps and the soap seems “barely there” than before the formula changed.

Anemic gel soap with dinky cleaning power
Does it do its job? I suppose so, but not nearly as efficiently as other brands. My issue with this soap is that it feels like a gel with thin viscosity. The lathering and tactile experience are not there. Maybe this is a good thing? If so, Dial should make this clear to consumers. You definitely need more of the product to achieve cleaning results. Maybe that is the purpose of the reformulation: use more, buy more. Hard pass, I am going back to my creamy regular brands.

Not the same quality
I’ve ordered this Dial handsoap Refill before and it was great quality. Opened it yesterday to Refill my bottles and it’s tinted water. I’ve already used half the bottle in one day and I live alone. Normally this refill lasts up to 8 months. Disappointing 😞

Watered down soap.
I’ve bought this item for YEARS! Just bought a new bottle this week and it was so watered down making it unusable! I returned it to the store. I thought it might have been a bad batch but all the bottles of hand soap from dial was watered down. So there’s been a formula change. I ended up buying a different brand.

Something changed. Smells terrible. Sorry
It does not smell like it used to. Very sharp smell not soothing. Did the formula change? I want to throw it away. Used to smell so good. One of my daughters and myself favorite.
