Absorbant Good Option for Heavy Period
I have endometriosis so One of my troublesome symptoms is heavy periods.
This is far, the only affordable, skin sensitive and okay option to use every month after trying other brands and sizes for a couple of years. I use level 5, 1 package ans half for my first 4 days to use during the day and night.

I actually wish that the packaging of this product was white. We women are always trying to hide bright colored packages in a trash can filled with white tissues. The bright colored packaging has no purpose other than to make carrying convenient, so white would be be nice!

Different.
Does not match the shape pictured on the packag. It has two sets of wings, neither of which line up with the center of my underwear no matter how I turn it. Basically they are on either side of the wings pictured on the package. Both sets just end up stuck flat to the inside of my underwear, kind of defeating the purpose of wings. I had to just cut them off.

They fall apart from moisture which defeats the purpose ironically . Also they stick to your underwear and break apart when it’s time to change . I wouldn’t buy this again and will just pay more for a quality brand . Also the polyester in pads has to stop .. it’s very uncomfortable .

Length is great but they tear when removed from panty. So that means it holds to your garment but hard to remove. Then you are left with tiny pieces of the sticky part in your panty. I felt like I was sweating more with these. I usually never have an issue with this brand so maybe something g has changed since I last used them.

No longer a good product
I have used these pads for years and they used to be great. But about a month or 2 ago I bought a new pack and they are NOT the same. They are garbage! They rip open! I have to put a different pad over them so they can be used without ripping, since I am stuck with them. Clearly they changed the way they are made, they’ve made them cheaper and it shows! Why do they have to ruin a perfectly good product?! Im bummed, now I have to find a new product to use. I definitely wouldnt waste your money on these.

What happened?
These used to be better than the National brand. When they changed the packaging, they completely changed the product. They are smaller, less absorbant, not as soft, and tear easily. very disappointed. Im stuck with a whole pack that are basically worthless.

I have bought these pads for over 8 years since i have to wear them every single day. but ever since they changed the packaging it is very clear that the product also changed. I have had a serious alergic reaction, they rip easily, horrible!

I normally purchase Equate products. They’re usually quality products for a very fair price.
Not so with this item. I find these pads extremely uncomfortable.
Example: the only thing the ‘wings’ adhere to ‘are my legs’. I cannot recommend this product. Very uncomfortable to wear.
I would never, again, purchase this product.

Half as good
Come on I can’t be the only one who sees that equate pads number five are not what they used to be. L O L. Yes, pretty new packaging but half the effectiveness. they used to be my number one go to all-time favorite Pad. But now not so much. They are not as thick or absorbing as before. TSK, TSK, TSK Equate. 😔
