Refreshing!
Regular soaps have always been harsh on my intimate areas! This pH Balanced Cleanser is light and refreshing! After using it for several weeks, I still don’t have a reaction like I do with other cleansers. If you have sensitive skin, I highly recommend this cleanser!

I CAN not live without this product. LITERALLY! I don’t know why but I am very sensitive down there and have had so many infections and irritations but I stumbled upon this product one day and my life changed. Why did I never think about ph balance before? I thought if I bought a good natural soap it would be ok. I thought if I used a natural laundry detergent it would be ok. I thought if I only wore cotton panties it would be ok. It wasn’t. Then I found this product and none of that mattered anymore. Now I won’t go ANYWHERE without it. I feel it’s so much apart of my body now I won’t let any other product brand touch the skin down there. I would recommend this to anyone whether they were 10 or 100. This is a must.

Holy grail!
I’ve been using this products for about 1 year or two now. I recently added it to my subscription which makes it super easy to always know I have it. I use this cleanser every day in the shower and i’ve noticed a world of difference. I used to use Honey Pot and this one is so much more gentle and actually helps my ph balance! Love!!!

Best menstrual disc cleanser.
Hear me out. I know this is an amazing pH balancing, fragrance free cleanser, but it also is an amazing multipurpose cleanser. A few months ago, I converted to using the Flex reusable menstrual disc (life changing, BTW). They recommended cleaning it at least once daily with a gentle fragrance free cleanser. Since there is no better one on the market, Love Wellness it is. So, if you use a reusable menstrual disc/cup, don’t sleep on this cleanser!!

Really love this company and their products!
The cleanser and spray are so well formulated
BUT their packaging is really graphic…
I live with a male roommates and I would love to leave the cleanser bottle in the shower instead of bringing it in back and forth from the bedroom…
If it could just say “Feminine wash” or something instead of saying “VULVA CLEANSER”…LOL
But in any case I still love this brand…

Dried Out
I loved the sample I got when I received my Probiotics but I was using this and I started getting really dry down there. Smell was better but the dryness felt like I had a yeast infection I’ve used it more sparingly now and it helps but still a bit dry and itchy.

Good, but too pricey
Works well, but such a comically small bottle that it is genuinely wasteful. Overpriced too. The first ingredient on the list, aloe vera gel, can be found sold in 16 oz bottles (more than 3 times the size of this bottle) for approximately half the price of this product. Calendula is perhaps the most premium ingredient in this bottle, but I don’t think it’s present in quantities that justify the price, and it’s not a particularly fancy ingredient to begin with. The rest of the ingredients are common lathering agents, thickeners and emulsifiers, found all over the hygiene and cosmetics world in larger bottles, again, for much cheaper. I’ll use it till I find a good replacement, but I’m disappointed in the company for packaging and selling this product the way they do.

I used to love it… not anymore
I don’t know if the new packaging is impacting the product- or if you changed the formula. But this stuff used to be thick and lathered well.
Now it’s watery, smells weird, doesn’t lather- and overall, I am NOT clean when I use it. I’m going through it at 4 times the rate I was before for the same end results. And that’s just not ok.
Two bottles a month when I used to use one every 6 weeks? Too much.
If the formula gets changed back, or the general issue is resolved- maybe I’ll be back. In the meantime, I’m using what I have left, and searching for a new product.
You already pulled one over on us with Shrinkflation last year- and I turned a blind eye to it because I liked the cleanser. but this year you compromised the product to make a buck. In combination, you didn’t value the customer’s experience with the brand.
So after 2.5 years- I’m out.

Spent 10 hours in the ER
I posted this review two days ago and it was unsurprisingly deleted…
This stuff gave me the worst UTI I have ever experienced. I spent 10 hours in the emergency room and had to get antibiotics through an IV. My white blood cell count doubled with this infection. Other reviews mention similar issues. LADIES: You do not need anything other than water to cleanse yourself! Beware of this dangerous product. And the shady people who sell it and delete honest reviews.
