My experience with Miralax
I take a dose daily and have not been constipated in over two or three years very calm. My doctor told me that it was safe for any age and I put it in water and stir it till it’s dissolved and you can even put it in the fridge for a few minutes. It’s definitely better cold, but you could add that to any drink a highly recommend it for anyone that’s not regulated

Best Laxative I’ve used
If you suffer from chronic constipation this is the product for you. Consult your doctor first. I take 0.2 of and ounces in my coffee everday. It took some time and patience to figure out how much I should take. I would start with a small dose and increase depending on your results.

It works
I bought this for my cat. Her Vet told me to give her and 1/8th of a tsp mixed in with her food. After a Vet visit because she was straining to potty and after xrays and other test it was determined she was backed up with bowels.I put it in her canned food at dinner. After giving her this she has been having good bowel movements and no more straining.

Miralax powder for constipation
This is the best product for loosening your bowels, the only thing that I dont like is the smell of it in the bottle, it has an odor of what white glue smells like.
Guaranteed that there is not taste no matter what you put it in so that to me is an A± . The fact that it works with no cramping at all!

A gentle alternative to harsh laxatives
The product worked! I wasn’t sure about taking s as powder due to after taste and texture. But even with mixed with water there was no gritty texture, no after taste, and best of all – it worked! And it was gentle enough to use with out taking time off from work.

I think I’ve pretty much tried every product OTC and prescription to help with constipation associated with my pain medication. This is a sensitive topic and not exactly typical everyday conversation even though 1 of 3 people suffer from. Miralax shocked me in a good way. It took 3 days but just like they promise, I didn’t experience a single side effect. It’s tasteless, odorless and produced an effortless normal bowel movement. If you’re suffering and nervous from so many negative experiences like myself, I HIGHLY recommend this. The price is a little higher than the competitors but it is SOO worth it. I highly recommend, you’ll be happy you did!

Actually bought for new rescue animal, per vet.
New animal found to have severe peritonitis and GI tract badly infected. After initial (antibiotics) improvement, gut still not normal, so Miralax (very small doses!) was added in attempt to assist. Am happy to report vast improvement, and a much happier %26 healhier animal.

Great Product – Short Term Use Only
Miralax has been prescribed by my (5-year-old) daughter’s gastroenterologist for the past 2.5 years. I don’t agree, but my daughter had a fear of going to the bathroom (%232). Miralax has been a Godsend. This was until I learned that it dehydrates children. I am against it, for kids, but for adults. It works like a charm.

I take 1 capful a day in whatever beverage I have first thing in the morning. I did get results until the third day. I have been having results at least every other day since. But I have had to continue to take this dose every day due to another medication I take that caused my constipation to begin with.
