MY ACCOUNT
Ans: When you click the “Create an Account” link on our homepage, a page will load asking you to enter your personal information to create an account.
Ans: Yes, you can log into your account and change or add a new shipping address. Kindly log in and select “My Account.” Your account will allow you to change and preserve your information for use on future purchases. If you want to change the delivery address after your order has been confirmed, please get in touch with our customer support team instantly. The requested change will be carried out in case the order is not processed.
Ans: Select the ‘Forgot Your Password’ option available on the sign-up/login page. After entering your email address, select “Reset Password.” Your registered email address will get a set of instructions on how to reset your password. You can make a new password once your credentials have been validated.
ORDER PROCESSING
Ans: The steps needed to properly place an order are as follows:
- You can click “add to cart” after entering the quantity in the tab that appears next to the product you want to purchase while browsing our website. As many goods as you want to purchase can be added.
- Once your browsing is complete, click “proceed to checkout” to be taken to a screen where you may select your payment option (there are several options, as explained in the FAQs below).
- A sales invoice via email or SMS will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been received.
- Our Customer Service will confirm your order over the phone before it is delivered.
Ans: Our standard delivery timeframe is 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs clearance. Ans: After you check out, you are unable to cancel your order. The Exchange Policy shall apply once the order has been placed.
Ans: You can track the status of your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in to your Umairly.com account to view order status and tracking details.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Ans: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days. Please visit Returns & Refunds page for more information.
Ans: In the case of online payment, the order will only be processed once the payment has been received in our account. If you have trouble completing the online payment, please get in touch with our customer support.
Ans: No, delivery and shipping fees are not included in the prices. You have to pay delivery charges separately.
