The pain is unbearable and Aleve gives me relief.

It relieves the pain throughout my whole body, not just my back. I have some serious pain %26 back problems, but with a couple Aleve added to my regular regiment, I sleep so much more soundly, during the day just 2 or 3 will help me be able to accomplish so much more verses not having them and being in rest mode much of my day.

I have been off opioid’s now for almost 3 years and even though sometimes this product does not work it is better than taking prescription drugs and now I take it every 6 hours and some days I have relief and some days no but they are better than the Norco.

Very deceiving… they add the words “back and muscle” to make consumers think this product is different from the regular aleve. IT IS NOT DIFFERENT. It is the same as the regular packages of aleve. Exact same ingredients. Different packaging. Ridiculous

I don’t know why they said back and muscle since it’s exactly the same as the regular Aleve one . I bought it for my husband who has a bad back pain from sitting most of the time for work but he so I thought I big bottle would be good . He said the old one is better although it’s the same formula but he said no it didn’t make any difference .
Check the two pictures I attached it’s the same ingredients .

They market this specifically as for back pain, but the reality is that is it literally just regular aleve. Same exact ingredients.
