Painless
I am not able to take the pill form because of stomach issues. This spray works. Kills the pain and reduces inflammation on the skin. Plus I can apply it to my back without having to ask someone to apply it for me. Great product for arthritis pain although works on other types of pain, too. Like foot psin.

This is a great spray for pain you might be having. I used it on my ankle and my wrist. Pain stopped instantly. I recommend if you like sprays over a cream.

Heavy smell, but works very well
Bought this for my husband – he swears by it. It is a life saver for his intense shoulder %26 knee arthritis. I must note that the smell is heavy. It’s not a terrible smell, more floral %26 clean – but heavy. It stays in the air for a LONG time. I for sure prefer it to the scent of icyhot or similar menthol products. He prefers this to any of the menthol products. He claims that the relief is very quick %26 somewhat long lasting – at least 2 hours.

Horrific smell
Please read this review before you buy! This smells so bad. I had to run out of the room after spraying it on my leg! It even made my dog takeoff, running, no joke.
