I got this product a few days ago and it actually does what it says,it worked on my hard cold or flu that I was experiencing and it Ko’ed it fast…if your in need of a severe cold and flu reliever and have the money to spare for this product I would definitely recommend getting it due to how fast and efficient it works.

Pain %26 symptom relief without the drowsy
I love this product and its more recent common availability. Fair warning, its not a drowsy “help you sleep while sick” medication. This dulls cold headaches, sinus pain, muscle ache and congestion long enough to finish a task or a day at work. If you need the medicine that helps you finish a day while sick, this is it without any drowsy side effects or crippling numbness. This is my ultimate go to!

Gets the job done!
I love Alka-Seltzer Plus, it’s all that I use when I get sick. If I’m not feeling well all I need to do is take these tablets for a couple days and I immediately start getting back to my normal self. I also love that they dissolve quickly and are easy to drink.

Great Product
Alka-Seltzer Plus Severe Cold and Flu Medicine is a great and effective product. I like that it dissolves quickly and that it has a pleasant citrus taste. It works fast, and if I take it as soon I notice my symptoms, it decreases their severity. I’ve been using this for years, and I highly recommend it.

Works very well
I got the flu shot within 12 hours later I got the flu. My nurse suggested taking the Alka-Seltzer cold and flu medicine and to my surprise it worked extremely well with the congestion, coughing and a runny nose. Of course the flu left me with a sinus infection so I needed an antibiotic also. But if you just have a cold, it worked quite well.

It was challenging to pick up just this one item, but after a few chats %26 phone calls, the local Walmart had it ready for my hubs to pick up. Perhaps, the pickup time can be adjusted further single items, especially when they are to alleviated flu symptoms.

a good product BUT make sure which form of it you need (aspirin/acetamiphen) for relief %26 make sure you don’t exceed limits. A fair number of meds either contain or limit per day total dose.

Makes Your Cold or Flu Easier to Handle
I started using Alka Seltzer Plus in the 1980s. I had a terrible cold and saw it in the store and have used it ever since. It got me through many colds and episodes of the flu. My only reason for 4-stars instead of 5, is when it first came out, it tasted better. It had a very slight lemon taste back then and now it reminds me of drinking perfume.

Bitter!! Gave me horrible acid reflux…
I continue to be disappointed with Alka Seltzer products that used to work great for me. This one was gross. I dissolved it completely as per instructions. It tasted really bitter. I didn’t notice it doing anything for my cold/flu symptoms…but it sure messed up my stomach and gave me horrible acid reflux %26 a burning throat. Complete waste of money!
