Works Fast, Lasts About 4 Hours
These clear me up for about 4 hours at a time so that I can function. They work for colds, allergies, or the flu for me. I’m not a fan of the flavored ones, but I don’t mind the taste of the originals.

Best Cold Medicine Hands Down
I’ve been using Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold for almost 30 years. It is by far the best. It is great for treating symptoms but also shortens how long the cold last. I also use as a preventative, when someone else in the house is sick, I immediately take Alka-Seltzer which seems to help from catching the cold.

so glad i found this medication!! ive been suffering from chronic allergy/sinus/acid deflux issues for years and now i have one very pleasant answer to all of these problems. it will take surgery to actually cure my symptoms completely but tylenol causes shortness of breath for me and this path uses aspirin instead which is far better in my case

I ordered 2 boxes of Alka-Seltzer plus original and you only got 1 box right! One was orange flavor…not the vibe! I went through great lengths to seek out ORINGINAL.

Had someone sick in my house. Was so glad items were available for fast delivery.
I joined Walmart plus during Covid and will continue my subscription and am more than satisfied with all the benefits included

I can think again
Saving my day for years. Allergies and headache. Colds with runny nose and headaches. But mostly with occasional allergies. Works fast so I can breathe and think again. I also have COPD and it helps with my prescribed medication when allergies kick in. (yes I said it again. I hate mine). Doctor said once in a while, So I do.

The product itself is fine, but the condition on delivery left a lot to be desired. I don’t understand why crushable items are shipped in crushable packaging.

I prefer the Original Alka Seltzer Plus Cold Medicine. However, I found this product to be almost as good. I don’t know if it’s the Fast Fizz additive or not but I still feel a little bloated compared to the Original. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

However the last Oder I did I am still realizing stuff I missed 4 pies and a 6 pack of Diet Coke.
I think they gave me credit for pies
I would absolutely prefer to get what I ordered not credits

People want the other one with the acetominophen
this has aspirin in it and causes excess bleeding. What they dont have is the citrus one with acetominophen, that one is good but isnt covered for some stupid reason by the otc healthy benefit card! Its supposed to be covered. According to the chat bot John, he said it is covwered but they make you pay cash for it.
