No other brand can compare to Always. I’ve tried so many others, but I just keep coming back to these! They keep everything locked in where it should be and is perfect for life flow days or light urgency incontenence. Especially after having a baby a few years ago I always sneeze pee!

thank you thank you I finally found a pad I am happy with, I have used this product for quite some time, I had knee surgery on my right knee this past Thursday, total knee replacement titanium and also I have my left knee that was just as bad so I’ve got to recover from my other need to get to my other name what I’m saying is this just came across I usually don’t do this you know but it’s probably just very dependable I sometimes have a problem with getting to the restroom due to my knees I’m 55 55 years old arthritis all that stuff but hey I’m fixable sorry this has been about me but it’s I wanted to let you know what I was going through this product is it is excellent I buy I buy it all the time so thank you and God bless, and oh by the way the ones I use they are thicker I use like the number four, like I said sometimes I can’t make it to the bathroom and you know and and to be honest with you this is embarrassing to even say this but it is what it is I have it’s like a diaper it’s really absorbed it is it is the always but it’s a different it’s a thicker you know the thicker one it’s not panty liners but I mean it’s it’s always and always always has have had product so

panty liners for water works woes
I like the length, thinness, packaging, and absorbency of this product. I would like a longer length even better, but so not believe that is available with the other features I like. I have been using these for a very long time. I am 90 years old, and cannot entirely rely on my “water works”.

GREAT EXTRA PROTECTION LINGERS!
These are awesome! They are exactly what I need and I love the length and the width both being longer and wider which actually covers the area needed. When I compared these with the smaller ones I was buying before, I couldn’t believe how small the previous ones were! It was an amazing difference. So for those who prefer more coverage daily, this is the one to get. I also love that they do not add aloe vera which does NOT need to be in everything! I can’t have it at all because of my fibromialgia syndrome, as I’m on Dr. St. Amand’s guaifenesin protocol, which things like aloe vera block the guaifenesin from working to undo the symptoms of FMS. So that is another reason I love them. Oh! And they are unscented too!

Pads work for leakage, don’t stick to panties well
These pads are very absorbent, seem to be dry when urine/blood gets on them but I have gotten “urine burn” from either my not drying completely or the pads. I’m elderly so I use these pads for slight incontinence.
They just don’t stick well, they roll onto my skin, (where they stick just fine) or bunch up into a narrow mess. Usually the longer you wear it the more a mess the pads become. Mainly I wish they would use more adhesive. Otherwise they are my favorite pad.

I like the size of this liner – perfect width and length. However, the texture feels like plastic and caused my skin to itch. I have just moved to Canada. The European Always extra long liners feel like cotton and were very comfortable. They were also lightly scented. I wish the North American products are like the ones made in Europe.

Permanent Wedgie
According to the label, these are supposed to be identical to the Longs that i normally buy, just longer. Nope. They’re made of a completely different material that feels like plastic and sticks to my skin, creating a constant wedge. Then the pantiliner falls apart from the constant wedgie picking and has to be replaced early. I can’t stand these things. As soon as I can replace them with the usual Long style with the normal cottony feeling material I’ll be throwing them all away!

Dissatisfied!
I don’t like how they are already unwrapped it makes it hard to sneak some in your purse. Also not XL if anything they are extra wide! I don’t like wearing pads at night because of the bulkiness of them so I resort to panty liners and these I’d have to lay two on top of each other to fully cover the front and back. Definitely sticking to Poise or Carefree!

I accident ordeted these thinking that they would offer the protection they claimed. Terrible mistake! The texture of the top material feels plastic, the pad itself resembles cardboard, and the long is equal to a small, regular-sized mini pad for menses–but without the absorbency.
I definitely would not recommend this product.
