Protective, easy to use
Was a great help for someone we knew who needed temporary assistance. Easy to put on and take off, and is even designed to be ripped open at the sides if there are bigger messes (we never needed this feature, so I’m not sure how easy it is to tear, but it never tore accidentally). Gave us great peace of mind.

So absorbent
These are so good. We’ve been using another popular brand that just was not providing the protection needed for my 83 yr old dad. We needed really good absorbency because he has dementia and does not het up and go to the bathroom.
Besides being very absorbent, there is no odor and the size firs perfectly for my very thin dad. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a really goof product.

Does the job, effectively and comfortably
Frankly, having tried other brands and this Assurance brand, I actually like the Assurance as much, and in some cases more, than others for things such as fit, comfort, security, and absorbency. That fact that it costs less is a nice benefit. Thank you WalMart for looking out for us, your regular working-class customers.
This is the S/M size package I am reviewing… Please note that I am a “threshold” wearer, insofar as the L/XL size also fits… So if you are on the borderline with regards waistline (I’m a 37″ waist) and weight (206 lbs.) and height (6′) when it comes to choosing between S/M or L/XL, my opinion is that should you want a snugger fit (maybe for wearing under close-fitting clothes), you might opt for the S/M size. But if you want a little more coverage and a looser fit, such as for lounging at home, you might wish to go with the L/XL. I compromise by keeping a package of each available for whatever I am planning to do. If you are not sure, try first getting the smaller 19-unit package. Hope that helps anyone out with sizing choices. Be well.

Bad Experience
Assurance disposable underwear are a good product and are usually a great value. However, I was charged sales tax even though they are supposed to be tax free. The local WalMart store would not help me leaving me to deal with AI on line which was no help, and the live representative at first said the product was taxable but eventually relented and refunded me the tax on only one package not both. It was an upsetting experience, not one that endeared WalMart to me.

Assurance Men’s Incontinence Underwear
I always purchase Assurance Men’s Incontinence Underwear, Small / Medium, Maximum Absorbency, 72 Count because of my husbands illness. They are a great value and are quite comfortable. They usually come in the color white this time they are black. That makes no difference to us but it might to some folks especially with summer coming and wearing white shorts. I have bought the ‘name brand’ in the past which cost more and do not work any better. I will buy the Assurance brand again.

My husband wore them every day until he died. I had stocked up on them and now Walmart won’t take them back because it’s over 90 days. I don’t think it is for all and because they are packaged so good there is no holes in the outer plastic cover and they are not soiled with anything.

Quality for modest price
Although Assurance Men and Women diapers are less expensive than most name brands, they do not skimp on quality or durability. The lining of the product is as absorbent as any higher priced product I have ever worn and in addition has a built in odor protection that provides additional value. . The diapers protects those that need just a little protection and allows those with a much larger problem to be assured of great and lasting protection. Overall, the cost and value of Assurance men and women diapers are a great value. And to someone who needs to wear them daily the diapers allow them to have a life of freedom from the stress and worry of having to wear a diaper.

It’s okay for the price but you change it out more often. It’s not overnight. Maybe good for 2 regular pees. If you hold up the diaper, you can see thinly spread fibers that didn’t cover center back. For heavy wetter, check for diaper change in a couple of hours, and don’t rely on the blue line if there’s bed sore. I’ll still buy it until there’s better alternatives.

Not worth the money.
These pads are very thin and will work for very light leakage, but anything more than that these pads are not worth buying. I was using Amazon Basic guards, tried the Assurance guards because I read good reviews which I now question their authenticity. The Amazon Basic pads are much thicker, but they also absorb almost twice as well for virtually the same price. I usually last 6 hours while wearing the Amazon brand, very lucky if I can last much longer than 3 hours before having to change with these thin Assurance guards. I will definitely be switching back as soon as possible.
