They work very well
I was using the Assurance underware with a ultimate extra long pad and it worked well, except when I neecded to change I had to undress (I always wear slacks or jeans) using these I can change without removing slacks orjeans (I still use a ultimate extra long pad to get more protection)

Dependable Adult Incontinence Protection
The price and quality of these Incontinence Belted Shields handles our needs quite well. We were using another one, also supplied by Walmart and it just didn’t do the job as well.
Of course we’d like it if they were less expensive. But they work, and that’s what is needed.
They are Absorbent, easy to put on, comfortable to change. The person using them is dependent on this kind of coverage atm.

These are GREAT! They truly do give you added protection. They are more reasonably priced than some mainline name brands and finally the elastic straps, now have some more stretch to them! YEA!!!

Thank you for having extra belts for sale. The belts get grimy in a few days but do wash and air dry quickly.
A notice on top of package stating, Belt on bottom of package.”, would be helpful.

Good product at a low price!
My mother is a larger person who cannot use regular sized under garments for incontinence. She is 77 and handicapped as well. These items are hard to find on the store shelves as they sell out on a regular basis. Shopping online and having them delivered to the house was great. Product works as well as the major brand name and they are much less expensive.

Love the product just not so much recently. The cut for the button have been very misplaced top, bottom, and or close to the leg edge that they tear easily. Need better quality control since they have been missplaced for many bags of product. I guess work ettic has been down graded.
Other than that works well and very affordable.

Poor unsanitary design
Whoever thought up this adult diaper should be transferred to another department. This comes with reusable straps that attach the front to the back. No disposable adult undergarment should have anything reusable. After 2-3 changes, these straps are “not clean”, is the best way to put it. I suppose you can launder them, but I doubt they will last long. Of course they will sell you extra straps, really decent of them. Their pull-up version is great, absolutely no complaints with it. I still use them every day

These are a Huge Waste of Money!
I’m a big man and since each hascto be hooked up to the Velcro straps, instead of voming with s strap sewn ir glued or geat pressed on, its extremely difficult to straighten out before pulling up my underwear. it bunched up to every time snd felt do uncomfortable all day. it really frustrated me out and my heart can’t handle the extra stress.
i ended up buying flat oval pads for women at the Dollar Tree 🌴 which work do much better and sre oriced much cheaper.

I have texted the” seller” and have applied for a refund for the goods I Walmart says I received but which were not delivered to me. Still waiting to hear from a real person. If this is Walmart’s attempt to compete with Amazon, you have a lot of distance on which to catch up.
