Best protection against leaks, bed wetting
I recommend them, they do protect against leaks for several hours. I do recommend replacing them if they become saturated. Inirmlly use three at a time because the incontinence underwear tend to gape resulting in potential leaking onto bedding which is a headache. I use three pads so I can sleep through the night. I also switched to the 30 pack , saves money

I ordered Assurance Unisex Underpads,L,for Adults for my granddaughters dog. Her dog Mia has been having health issues since her Onkel gave her to her 18 years ago. 2 years ago she has been put on hospice and passed away June 22 2025. Mia was put on diaretics 2 times a day. So naturally there accured some accidents during the day until I got home from work. For some dog lovers I ashore you that Mia never got scolded for any ” inconvines ” she has cost. One pad was efishend for the durability, absorbency and comfort it gave her. I recommend Assurance Unisex Anderpads because they are cheaper than doggie pads and work just as well.

Excellent product for humans or doggies…
The “Assurance Unisex Premium Underpad that I’ve been purchasing are for one of my rescue doggies… The doggie was never trained to go outside to do her business. After so many attempts to train her to go outside, we gave up and decided to buy a doggie pee-pan for indoors.
I use the Assurance underpads for the pan; the 23″x36” pads fit perfect. The absorbency is great. I had used some cheaper pads before; some were adult pads and some were doggie training pads; however neither worked! The absorbency was poor as the pan underneath would get soaked with pee or the pee would sit on top of the pad for hours without being absorbed! I am very happy with this product. I know it’s sold for human usage, but it works great for my doggie pan. Thanks.

These are a consistent purchase for me. I’ve tried virtually every brand and return to Assurance every single time.
The pads are quite absorbent, leak-proof, and best of all…tear proof. I used L and XL together, now learned one L is great for my needs. Assurance makes great products..diapers, washcloths and underpads.

I have purchased disposable pads for some time now. I buy and use them for various reasons aside from their intended use, and have also used them as puppy pads. The disposable bed pads and puppy pads are in essence, the very same product. They’re just priced differently, depending on where they’re purchased. This product includes a quantity of 18 of the large sized disposable pads for only a little under $8.00. For this quantity of large sized disposable pads, $8.00 is a great price compared to what Walmart’s competitors charge for a comparable product.

well i bought this for my pets cause these work better than the pet pads and these are bigger more absorbent i got them off walmart app at dirt cheap price so i jumped on it and picked them up at the store they work good on people to used it on my brother when he got real drunk stuck it on chair where he passed out and yeah peeded ….worked good tho i used two for him hee heee😄

Great Price, Not-so-great Product
I needed some of these quickly while waiting for others to arrive from a medical supply. With Walmart I received them the same day an no shipping cost. Gotta luv that Walmart account feature.
I did not verify the parameters of absorbency before making the purchase. There is no one-way absorbency layer atop the absorbing layer and the wetness stays in contact with your skin. For my situation, that wetness in contact with my skin IS the cause of my skin condition. With the body constantly exuding moisture from the entirety of your skin, moisture can build up, and, if you are in a situation where you are mostly bedridden, even when sitting, that moisture buildup can be a severe issue, like it is for me.
So, be sure that you check all of the necessary parameters of the product that you are considering for your needs before making any final decision and purchase.
In this type of situation I have, I do NOT recommend these for this type of use.
Your situation may be different, like using them for pet care floor protection, or, other things.
I will not ever purchase nor recommend these in any future for my type of situation.

Love the price compared to other brands, but these DO have a small amount of little balls/clumps/wads of what I presume is “waste” paper from the manufacturing/packaging process that is expelled when the pads are unfolded. Small thing, really … but try pickin’ up said waste paper at 4:37 am after dealing with a giant BM from a 90-year-old who’s also howling at the moon because <90-year-old reasons> and being joined in said howling by a dog who just thinks he’s joining in a completely normal thing because Granny’s doin’ it.
So there’s that, but overall they’re fine, I reckon.

Product is superior. Availability at my local store is horrible. Whoever does the ordering of stock is completely clueless on how much product to order. If I ordthis three times in a week, I’mer lucky if it’s available once. I give the product 5 stars, but Walmart I give the 2

Works Well –Until It Doesn’t! 🙁
Not waterproof today. Liquid went right through the pad and into the rug. Not acceptable. Now I have to clean the rug. And will the next pad work? Or will it leak through? Apparently the remainder of my order is no longer returnable but I don’t want to waste my money on a replacement order of this brand. 🙁
