Works as well as more expensive diapers
I’ve tried a few other adult diapers for my mom who is bedridden and these less expensive ones work just as well, though no diapers seem to catch all the urine that ends up on the outside of the diaper itself. I use an absorbent waterproof washable pad on top of the mattress and additional disposable pads otherwise the mattress would sock it up like a sponge.

    The best ever
I’ve tried other brands. This is the best ever! I’m a 59 year old teacher on disability. Two years ago I ended up in a nursing home for one month. I had night time issues with running to the bathroom because of incontinence. Due to that one month, my body quit having the urge to get out of bed. That’s when I started buying night time diapers. These are amazing and I rarely need more than one per night along with a chuck. I HAVE NEVER written a recommendation but I find this issue so personal that I want to help others.

Really reliable diapers with with few failures.
These diapers exceeded my expectations. Only one diaper in three packs failed (tore apart) during application to patient. The stretch tabs are a god-send. We no longer worry abut fit. We will continue to use these adult diapers for as long as the need persists, which currently appears to be indefinitely.

    not the best
the fit isnt not good…there is room between the absorbent part and the body for the urine to leak out….which it has more than once. The tabs work well. A diaper is a diaper and should control both urine and stool. The butt portion of this is too small to control stool at all. When both urine and stool control are required, like for overnight, this product is inadequate.

it is the only adult diapers you can buy that’s not a pull up so of course its value for the money but the quality is really bad at times. I have to open each one and fold the tabs under so I’ve seen some pretty bad defects. there was a glob of manufacturing glue on one in her last pack of diapers. sometimes I’m the tabs are so weak they pull off or the side panels are smaller then they are supposed to be. what can we say and to who can we say it? no one cares so we keep buying them because she will fall on her face if she tries to use pull ups.

    Buy At Your Own Preference
    Didn’t work out for me.
It’s locking/unlocking function can be confusing.
It puffs up at the privates and while that may be a bonus, it is annoying too because it is a huge air bubble ontop of your already bulge, which is unconformable for me.

Much like other incontinence underwear, it is the equivalent deal of tightening up at the buttocks in the rare middle range having you hate the idea of sitting down because it is that uncomfortable.

Why I gave it two stars is because I generally like the idea of this product.
While it is not a fulfilling comfort, it is a smart idea to make this incontinence underwear detachable from the sides.
I found that to be the most helpful thing when I had accidents..
Summary is; great concept, but a bad design for comfort; specially for those of us wearing this the whole day to avoid accidents.

Its absorption is not a guarantee since it is a real thin-like film.
The sizing is a hit or miss like most other incontinence underwear, but I found these to be a lot more loose around the sides and belly than other brands. I found this to be a great thing for comfort.

The flex on these aren’t what you might expect because there’s none; but they are loose, not stretchy.
Due to the confusing detatchable sides and all, I do not believe I would buy these again.

They are a hassle to set up, a breeze to detatch, another hassle to re-attatch; too baggy at the bulge; something not needed specially when you need it to catch your dribbles, and has made me more itchy. It is not stretchy, and that can cause more harm than good if you require that for any reason.

Bought these for my elderly parent because they state to be “briefs” they are nothing like briefs they are just some flimsy huge diapers! A whole bag wasted because we expected them to be briefs with side tabs! Not worth the money if you were expecting a disposable briefs instead of some thin huge diapers.

Sizing is a JOKE!! I have a 50 inch waist and they BARELY fit. Once I got them on, the padding itself wasn’t even long enough to go all the way up the front. If i’d left it on to actually use it, i would’ve wet right through because the padding didn’t reach where it needed to be.

Bottom line, save your money and buy literally anything else!

The walmart order system is screwed up. the L/XL is priced at TWO packages for about $35 for 64 briefs but system shows as only SINGLE package. THEREFORE, IF YOU ORDER 2 @ 64 YOU WILL ONLY GET 2 @ 32. BILLED DOUBLE. I RAN INTO BEFORE AND HAD HASSLE GETTING MY 100% OVER CHARGE REIMBURSED. THEY DID NOT FIX, SO INTENT MUST BE TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS!!!
    CROOK OR INCOMPETENT??

Two awkward to put on. Think of design as an old fashioned diaper. Not designed as a pull up. Hugh product. Rolling it up and disposing of it is more difficult and product takes up more space in trash can. Cumbersome. Do not recommend for someone who toilets for themselves. May be more appropriate to use with someone who is bedridden and unable to self-toilet. Do not recommend.
