These fit true to size and are very comfortable. The value is much better than the main name brand, and they are equally absorbent. They fit my senior mother well. If there’s any leakage, it is always the legs if to fall, but that is the case with every brand.
Most of the time they keep her very dry. What I like about them as they look more like panties than they do adult diapers.

Pretty %26 Truly overnight Underwear
The only truly overnight incontinence underwear on the market. They are pretty and protection is superb. The material stays together even when soaked and full of liquid, The fit is perfect for women. Never leaks and feels like real fabric. Very Pleased with this product.

These do a pretty good job just as long as you haven’t drank a lot of water, the large is a little too large and the small /medium is just a little bit too small

Economical and Absorptive
I have been buying Tena briefs, but their price has risen so dramatically! I saw “Assurance” at Walmart for a 40% lower price and good consumer reviews so, I ordered a trial package. I found them to be more absorbent than Tena. They are filled with a shorter staple cotton (a somewhat “crinkly” feeling ) and the cover material against my skin is less comfortsble. Not certain whether I’ll opt for cheaper or more comfy.

i ordered her the small/medium. they are more of size small. she wears size 12 jeans. I’ll order the size large next time. otherwise, they do what they are made to do.

Im not sure what happened. i ordered 2 pkgs of these panties, assuming they would fit my 98 yo mother in the same size (S/M) of Assurance that I had purchased previously. I could not find the extra absorbant and thought these were improved for overnight, which she only uses them for.
These did not fit her, were too small, and she wears size 12/14 pants. Now I have 2 pkgs that dont work. Can I return the unopened package?
