I have a bad issu, pinch nerve. I never get there in time and tired of wetting on myself. Regular pullups dont work. The overnight has surpassed all others. No leaking. Only wish i found sooner. Hope you could get 72 or more mailed to home. That be perfect. Stretches better, absorb better, no smell and no leaking.

Best quality. These are absolutely the best overnight underwear I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a few. I even tried adding a pad to others to give me more time. But now that i found these, I’m done looking. i can finally sleep through the whole night, something I haven’t been able to do for years. 8 hours, no problem. 😊

Unlike many adult diapers they dont leak an dont show up under clothes.I have seizures.Was out for 8 hrs one time when this diaper was weighed it held 5lbs of fluid without leaks an my skin remained dry.These are the only ones for me.If tgey work why try another brand.Goid fix an orixed reasonable.More for your buck in the large bag but they were out!

Although the other brands may rave about their benefits and protection and comfort and promises and assurances, the Assurance brand actually delivers every time. I have not had any leaks and it holds large amounts. And though it might not always protect against the odor it’s not as bad as it could be. Plus they are just as comfortable and sometimes offer better protection. Therefore, it is of my opinion that assurance is just as good if not better than most name brands are but for a better price! I’ve tried them all!

i drive long distances and can’t always get to a restroom in time. I purchased these for a just incase moment, which I’ve had a few and i was fully protected. I developed a small rash but I’m not 100 percent sure it’s from the diaper. I stopped using them for now.

Best panties
I have tried numerous incontinence panties. Sadly, I have limited bladder control. The Assurance brand is the absolute best to not leak. It is comfortable. I had reviewed ratings of available panties and Assurance wasn’t in the top rated. Why? I tried the others and there is no contest!
I buy extra large as my weight is 250, sadly. And they fit well.
Only thing I detest, and that is with all this type of panty, is the bulky feel when panty is full. Yuck.

No difference from high priced
They are pretty much like all the others except the price is much better. Sizing runs well. I recently bought a very well-known brand unfortunately I did not read that. They had made them smaller so you had to go a size up. That’s crazy. I don’t know why they would do that. At first. I was really upset. I thought I had gained all kinds of weight overnight.
If you need to use these, this brand is good and I recommend it

I am 40 something plus size woman who also is on a fixed income, I bought these for my monthly visitor. I am a first time user of any brand of this product as well. I am sold! Absolutely affordable, and size inclusive. I do think the fit could. e better taylored and the back coverage wider!! They work for this purpose!!

Use Walmart for humiliation for personal items!
Since it is a personal item, you would think Walmart would have some consideration for privacy and put it in a bag. But no! They sent it for delivery to be placed at my front door for all my neighbors to see without any bag or box. I was humiliated to say the least!
The product is fine. The packaging situation was thoughtless.
