It was probably the most useful med I could have gotten right now with everything I’m going through. Definitely pre menopause one month I have my cycle 2 months I don’t them I get it. It’s random and shows and goes when it feels like. not fun when unprepared.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AZO Daily Menopause Support + Vitamin D has been a life saver! I’ve been dealing with hot flashes and night sweats for awhile now. This product has really lessened both. I don’t wake up multiple times at night anymore dripping and overheated. I am low in vitamin D and I love that this 1 tablet can help give me an extra boost with that also. Just take 1 tablet daily. I recommend this to anyone looking for a little relief with menopause symptoms and needing a boost in vitamin D.

Easy Solution for not so easy topic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt like i had results within 12 hours of this helping with my gut health. Over the course of the month it only got better. Love that it has Vitamin D included to help get in my daily dose. While no one wants to think about premenopause or even believe they’re old enough to be experiencing symptoms, but products like this make it easier to just take a dose and forget!

Caused side effects but did help with symptoms
The black cohosh caused a condition on my skin called Petechiae within a few days of starting. This supplement is not that high of a dose of black cohosh compared to some other brands and I have read where some take more than one a day to control symptoms. Black cohosh can apparently cause liver damage and now I am worried as Petechiae can be a sign of liver damage. I discontinued and within three days the Petechiae went away, so I hope that is a good sign. While taking however, it did make me feel much more energetic and less uncomfortable. I just cannot tolerate it.
