Great for Neuropathy on feet.
I have used different kinds of pain meds. on my feet %26 legs for Neuropathy. It is hard for me to reach my feet so I put my feet into a plastic bag, Spray on the tops of my feet. Wipe both bottoms of my feet across the tops of where I sprayed. Covering both sides of my feet. Then I remove my feet from the bag, turn it inside out and rub the spray left inside the bag on my legs. It saves losing the spray that gets on the inside of the bag. I use the gel on places where it is easier to get to like hands, shoulders %26 knees. Bio-Freeze works instantly cooling the burning feeling from pain. Bought for pain, surprised to find anxiety relief
As a person with chronic pain, MCAS %26 anxiety problems- biofreeze spray is a lifesaver! For pain it goes deep and lasts long. During a MCAS flare up I often experience extreme body flushing and it helps to bring down the heat! When I feel panic coming on or need to ground myself- spraying along the vagus nerve (middle chest/abdomen) instantly calms the way a cold plunge might. Love this stuff!

Works but for shorter time than expected
I’ve used the spray biofreeze before and liked it but this can seemed smaller than the one i purchased before. The actual product works well but does tend to dissipate quickly. also, be careful spraying it on the upper half of your body if you are sensitive to aerosols or strong smells- especially asthma.
