Very satisfied.
I’ve used this several times since I purchased it. It’s easy to use, and gives a close shave without pulling or nicking. Cleanup seems to be a breeze. The manual is nearly useless, as everything is simply pictures, without any explanation of how or why to do things. I haven’t bought any spare blades yet, but I need to, as I don’t know how long they will last, or how expensive they are.

I am satisfied wih the performance my first Braun was a 5 series 8 years the saver still works but the charger bass died. there was no charger stand in the box for the one I received.

Product fine, but it’s description is DECEPTIVE!
Deceptive seller and product description alert. Warning: Do not buy from this seller (Lab Automation/Lab Auto LLC). I tried calling and emailing the seller several times, but the seller refused to respond. I suspect this is because the seller knows that it uses a deceptive item description and misleading photos to sell its product and has no intention of answering for its profitable deception.
The product is an electric razor described by Lab Automation as: “The Braun Series 5 5018s Rechargeable Wet Dry Men’s Electric Shaver with Charging Stand (Item ID%23 451580701)”. The photos Lab Automation uses to persuade buyers to buy the product, show the razor resting on its charging stand. Unfortunately, when you receive the item, you discover that there is NO charging stand included with this product. The deception by the seller is obviously not an accident or error, because the seller not only includes the charging stand in the product’s title/description, but it also includes a photo of the razor WITH the charging stand.
Further evidencing Lab Automation’s deceptive intent, is that Braun, the product’s manufacturer, very apparently never included nor intended to include a charging stand with product, as it would never have fit in the box in which the product is packaged.
After receiving the product, I read the reviews of other buyers and they TOO included warnings that they had been deceived by the seller’s “bait and switch” selling scheme. If only I had read their warnings before I purchased the item. So, avoid buying anything from this deceptive and unscrupulous seller.

Not reliable at all
When this shaver works, it works well. Superior even to the rotary electric razors from Philips.
The problem is it’s not reliable. The electronics are totally screwed. It bricks up halfway through a shave. You will plug it in overnight and the battery will register near empty the next morning.
I replaced this one with one from Philips Norelco after four months. They may not work as well, but at least they turn on when I push the button. 🤦‍♂️

Beware of Online Shopping!
I ordered this product online and a couple of days later I found the exact same product in my local Santee,CA store selling $10.00 cheaper. I ordered it online thinking that it was on sale online. It was not. I could have bought the razor in the store without having to wait for shipping and would have saved $10.00 without the hassel of doing a return.

Terrible razor. I got this for my dad for christmas. It does now shave anything. All it did was frusterate him. I am from Germany and am very sad by this subpar product.

Braun razor
I ordered this razor for my husband and he hates it. It does not shave his beard and when he opened it to see if it needed to be cleaned, there was no hair in it. My son tried it and he said it was a dud and I should return it. My order shows I ordered a Braun series 5 5018 with a charging stand. I got a Braun series 5 5762 with no stand. I would like to return it, but have only the razor and the book, not the box.
