Great product. Unclear instructions
It works great, but I do have a slight problem removing it from the charger/cleaning station. When I try to remove the shaver to use it; it starts cleaning the shaver again. It would help a great deal if Braun had included written instructions on how to remove the shaver without triggering the cleaning mechanism. Instead of just illustrations.

I just had to replace the one I’d used for years. It is a good shaver; one characteristic I particularly like is that it is dual-voltage and I can take it and use it when I travel abroad.

Great razor, lack of instructions.
Razor works well, but, no user manual, so had to google how to use and care for it. Disappointing, as the cleaning station is not straight forward, nor is the razor. Settings of features were hard to find on google.

BRAUN SERIES 7 RAZOR
I KNOCKED OFF A STAR BECAUSE THE TRIMMER WASN’T A POPUP TRIMMER. THE RAZOR GIVES ME REALLY EXCELLENT SHAVES AND IS EASY TO USE AND I DO RECOMMEND IT.

No user manual or instructions. Hard to use
This item was highly rated when I checked it out. My experience is not the best. There is no user manual at all. There are several settings that I did not know how to set. The cleaner / charger had no instructions on how to load the cleaner or use. It is difficult to find manuals on line, so had to mostly rely on the box diagrams, which were spare at best. The trimmer is sometimes difficult to attach, and once attached, being an older guy who wears glasses, I find it next to impossible to trim my Andy Roony eyebrows.
Over all shaving is OK, but not as great as I see in reviews and on You Tube. This is an OK product, but finding info on its use is difficult, if not impossible and the trimmer is very difficult to use. I would not buy this product again.

I am sure that this item would have been great. Unfortunely it arrived days late during a deep snow storm making delivery imposisable. Would have been great if it had been delievered on time as promised.
