The Best Option
I’ve tried so many different brands and types over the years, but Carefree panty liners are my favorite in any length. (This was true before and during menopause, and it remains true nowadays when minor bladder leaks can surprise me.)
If you want to feel clean and fresh all day, these will not disappoint you!

There is no alternative to this panty liner. You won’t find one better constructed. You won’t find one more comfortable. You won’t find one with better coverage. This is my regular brand and I am still very pleased with how it works for me!!
It is very comfortable to wear. fits well and gives me coverage where i need it. It rarely leaks on me. I feel confident with the protection it provides for me.

I have tried other panty liners time and time again to find a cheaper version, but none of them adhere to my undies like these. I will always pay the few extra pennies to have the very best on the market. I’m stuck on Carefree, and Carefree is stuck on my undies.

Comfortable and great for every day use
My regular go to! For a while I think carefree was testing out new glue adhesive or something and it was really annoying. Sticky stuff everywhere. This went on for months but I think they have worked it out. The extra long are perfect! They also come wrapped so each to carry in your purse. Comfortable, you cannot even feel it.

Pantyliner fits comfortably. I wished they were individually wrapped for travel purposes.since there are so many inside the one box, I shouldn’t have to purchase a separate package that’s individually wrapped to carry inside my purse or while I’m on the go..

Prefer the version with wrapper
I got this one, but didn’t realize it’s the version without the liners being individually wrapped. I prefer the wrapper version that’s more sanitary and can be carried around easily.

Not Happy
I do not like the packaging of these. I asked for the ones with the little envelopes to discard the old ones. Also, these do not stay in place as well as the ones I asked for. I will probably end up discarding the rest of them and picking up what I need elsewhere.

Dear Walmart,
I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered three boxes of Carefree Regular Panty Liners (Extra Long), but one of them was completely empty upon opening. The box appeared perfectly sealed and unopened from the outside, but when I opened it, there was absolutely nothing inside.
This is unacceptable. I honestly don’t know whether this was a manufacturing error—where someone forgot to place the product inside before sealing the box—or if something happened during handling at Walmart. Either way, I’m shocked and frustrated.
I expect a prompt resolution and a replacement for the missing item.
