This ice bag is great for shoulder/knee. Very cold and molds easily for your injury. So much better than the freezer gel packs that are stiff and very hard to mold around a shoulder or knee.

This ice bag is very good quality and does exactly what I had hoped it would do. It has a fabric cover band bonded to the inside plasticwhich creates a nice feel. With ice inside, the temperature is just right on the skin.

I’m a little disappointed that the seal isn’t good. It leaks. I like the material it’s made of and it doesn’t sweat, stays cold a good long time. I may buy another, and see if the seal on this one is a one-off.

i would not recommend this ice bag at all it leaks from the lid.sorry i bought it
