Nerve pain recipient!
I like the way it wraps around my lower back and I can adjust it to the spot my back hurts. I don’t believe it would fit anybody bigger than me I’m 6′ 210 pounds. I’m the size limit.

Not for me…
The mode I wish it had was a mode that was continuous. It only had modes that started and stopped repeatedly. I wish it had a mode that was kneading as well. I’m giving it 3 stars because it provides a piece that allows those who are larger to wear it. Also, it has heat which I like. I do wish the heat was adjustable to where you can make it hotter than just 2 settings. For me, I have disc degenerative disease, PCOS, and arthritis in my back. This is just a preference for me. I guess I need to look for something more powerful, so if that is what you’re looking for this isn’t the product you need.

Awkward and doesn’t perform well
It’s awkward and bulky. The massage part isn’t bad but the heat won’t even stay on the 39 mins it says. It’s a fail for me. Maybe because I am only 105 pounds it’s too big? Not sure but as an RN it’s not useful for me

i thought it was cordless. Has to remain plugged in while using ; so walking about not possible.
