I can do chores while wearing it!
This is a good sized ice pack and is actually comfy to wear. I have mobility issues due to my hips and inflammation. This thing is wonderful. I plan to bring it on my next road trip too to wear in the car. Would absolutely suggest getting one if you have hip or lower back pain.

Good Product
I’m having hip replacement surgery in 3 weeks and I purchased this to use for that but have used it 2-3 times a week for hip pain. I know this is going to work very well to help with swelling. It’s a good product and lasts about 20-30 minutes which is the time recommended to use a cold pack.

The Perfect IcePack
I was browsing around online for the best ice pack for my boyfriend, as he has had back surgery in the past and sometimes continues to have pain. I came upon this one and saw the great reviews. I had to try it! Let’s just say he absolutely loves it. Stays cold for a long period of time, comfortable, and has a strap for secure placement. This was also on sale, so it’s a win/win. I never leave reviews, but this product was too good not to recommend. Buy it!!

Most helpful if you have Sciatica
This has been so helpful with my sciatica. The size is perfect for my back AND hip. It fits very securely and easy to take on and off. It has given me such relief while I am moving around doing my normal activities in the house. It has finally given me the break I so desperately needed from the pain.

Cold is perfect. Great for plus sized.
Arrived this morning and I put it in the freezer for about 6 hours. I LOVE it! I am plus sized (size xxl) so was worried about it fitting but it fits with extra room. The Velcro is strong enough so it doesn’t bust open. I have not used it for heat yet but the cold is perfect for my back and hip. I’m estimating about an hour of cold per freeze.

Its big enough to fit around my body.
Freezes fast feels so good on my back. Doesn’t fall off easy. I walk my dog it stays on the whole walk.

It leaks water bad. So you have to wrap it in a towel to use. You do not get the full effect of the item.

I received my item the box is broken and the item is used. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this item
