Very large and uncomfortable
Perhaps if you are a BIG football player with very broad shoulders, this would work well. For this short female, it is a nightmare. It extends up onto my face and into my hair and slides around in the cover. I can’t get it to actually work on my shoulder because it is so big and won’t lay down.

Needs a buckle for ease of use
This shoulder ice pack is okay, however I wish it had a buckle on the strap. When your shoulder hurts you don’t want to have to bend, twist and wiggle to get the darn thing on your shoulder.

not cold enough/doesn’t stay cold long enough
once you get it placed properly, it’s nice and snug on the right spot. however it does not get cold enough and doesn’t stay cold long enough.

I does work as described and felt really good once I finally got it in place, but I do not like the 1pc across chest elastic strap. It makes it very cumbersome to attach with 1 arm compromised. That strap needs to be in 2pcs with velcro or a buckle for easy on/off without having to fight getting it over my head %26 my arm pulled through a tight stap. By the time I got the cold on my shoulder – it did give the promised relief, but I dont know how many of them “put the coldpack on” struggles I have in me.

Don’t waste your money
It’s too bulky,the adjustable strap doesn’t have nearly enough length for supposed size,and the shape doesn’t fit the actual gel insert,poorly made.

Needs to unfasten. Difficulty putting it on with a torn tendon. Very awkward.
