Heat AND vibration is good!
I have had a few issues with whomever writes the details for Walmart products on the website. For instance, I bought a Panasonic DP-UB450 4K DVD player that showed the back panel and the remote in Chinese. They were not. Both were in English.
The description for this Heating pad with vibration included a weight of 19.2 pounds and the material description was “plastic”.
It does not weigh almost 20 pounds (more like 19 ounces) and, although it is plastic, the description would lead your believe it is hard plastic. It is not. It is as soft as an electric blanket, (the later models).
My chiropractor had told me to get and use a heating pad, that, after several people in his waiting room had said they used heating pads and liked them. This Conair pad was the only one that included vibration at a reasonable price. So I bought it despite the errors in the description. I am so glad I did.
The heat is comfortable and there are two vibrating elements. One is at the lower back between the hips. The other is at the mid to upper back. This depends on how I strap it to my chair. If you move the pad, you move the vibrator’s locations.
It comes with two Velcro straps that were supposed to allow you to strap it to your leg, I was able to use the straps over the back of my high back computer chair that has a cloth covering. The Velcro attaches to the heating pad and the chair and holds the pad in place on the back of the chair. I use it every day.. I am using it now.
The only minor complaint is that the vibrator only runs for 20 minutes. However, it is easily turned back on by moving the switch off and then right back on to :”Heat Massage”.
There is an intermediate switch setting :”Heat” that I never use but you can use that if you only want heat.
I am very pleased with this heating pad. I thought Conair only made hair dryers. :>)

TOP TIER!
I don’t usually write reviews but this one I thought I’d share the experience. My mom had surgery and needed a good quality heating pad so I was searching through and found this one and plus the massage. The heat and the massage part is perfect for pain if it’s your menstrual cycle, body aches, or even after surgery. Highly recommend

Nice heating pad
Does vibrate like states. Has 2 balls that vibrate in it which depending on if laying on can be uncomfortable and takes a little bit to get used to since it’s kinda a hard fast vibration. Heat work well and has auto shut off.

I have chronic back pain, so I use this massaging heat pad every day-several times a day, it helps so much! It has just enough massage %26 heat to reduce the pain. It is very reasonably priced too.

Massaging heating pad
I didn’t realize that I couldn’t change the temperature of the unit. Basically, you turn on heat and the heat goes on at one temperature. I can’t put it on low, medium, or high. One temperature only.

Extra Length Does Not Equate Extra Heat
We bought a “long” heating pad with the expectation that it heats end-to-end, thereby creating a larger heating surface than our traditional heating pad. Wrong! This heating pad only heats up in the middle. The extra length is wasted space and added bulk that you have to deal with while trying to position the heat into the right spot.
As for the “massage” feature: it’s nothing but a very loud, buzzy vibrator that’s as relaxing as a freight train passing by. And there are two of these clunky vibrators on the pad, neither of which seems to hit any correct spots no matter how you position them. Plus, they’re on each side of the hot spot, so you’ll always feel the little lump of the vibrator box in the pad no matter where you place it.
We were concerned that this pad only had one heat setting: On. Every other pad on the market gives you some semblance of Hi, Med, and Low. How hot is “on”? It’s probably an average Medium. To us, it’s a little warmer than our usual Low, but it’s not overly hot. It’s only because the heat is condensed to the one spot in the middle that it feels hot-in-one-spot, no matter which body area it’s being used on. We’re more used to radiant heat emanating from the whole surface of the traditional heating pad.
The only other setting is Heat and Vibrator together. No, there’s not a vibrator-only setting, so you’ll still have to visit the local motel and pay a quarter to replicate this thing’s bone-chattering vibration.
Overall, we rated it in the middle because this heating pad is functional to put some heat in one spot when needed. But the so-called massage feature and the useless length are a joke. We wouldn’t buy it again if it broke.

Not happy thinking of returning
This heating pad doesn’t heat on each end. It only heats in the middle and there are two very hard blocks inside of it that when you lay on them, they hurt. I’m assuming that’s for the vibration massage I’m thinking about returning it. I bought it this big because I wanted a full heating pad of heat not because I wanted it just in the middle.

don’t buy, size is not as advertized
This is literally the biggest rip off of a heating pad I’ve ever seen. It says it is 24 inches long but it doesn’t tell you that it only heats up in the center so it is more like 12 by 12 with a bunch of extra fabric on each end. There are also no heat settings, just on off and vibrate which is more like just a bad buzzer. You are way better off getting a cheaper brand and actually getting a heating pad that is the size it claims.

Awful design
I thought the massage would be a benefit and it was the worst feature. There are two metal egg shaped devices that are inserted into this heating mat. It is loud and doesn’t massage anything other than the spots that the metal egg shaped devices are at. Another downside to this heating pad is the heating side. They have placed plastic labels that scratch your skin. These are labels you can’t remove without ripping it up. Not only are they annoying but they make your skin sweat with the heat. Comparing other heating pads, this one doesn’t give as much heat.
