Dial Hand Soap, Ocean Splash
This Dial hand soap has lots of foam. I really like the foam. If you do not like foam, this probably isn’t for you. The color is a pretty blue. It is very moisturizing. It keepsmy hands soft not dry. The ocean scent really compliments the hand soap. It helps the bathroom and your hands will both have this ocean scent.

Clean and refreshing
This liquid hand soap is one of my favorites. This Ocean Splash has a clean, fresh, and slightly aquatic scent. My hands smell so pleasant after washing them. The refreshing scent isn’t overpowering. And it creates a good lather. Another plus for me is that it is affordable. Also it comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pump dispenser, easy to use and refill. The pricing fits right into my budget. I recommend this product.

really shocked at how bad this dial soap is. ive bought dial 4
yrs %26 liked it. but this didnt lather %26 seemed really thin %26 runny. Not a fantastic scent either, not a horrible scent but just not all that. wont buy this scent again.

OMG, ocean? NO! It smells like men’s cologne. And not the nice subtle kind that you want to lean into a take a deep, lung-filling breath. This is disgusting. Every time I touch my face or move my hair to bring a glass of water to my lips, I gag. It’s so incredibly strong. I’ll try other scents. Calmer ones. Eww!

Major Quality Issue
So terribly disappointed with the change soap and dispenser. we had previously bought this hand soap several times and enjoyed it immensely. however, this last time when I purchased it, I noticed when I got it that the pump look different, but figured it’s a brand name and that it should still work fine. I was wrong. not only did the pump lose the soap from being near the top every time you try to use it, the soap itself was extremely watery and useless once you did get any out. I tried pouring it into another soap bottle and it’s just too runny. I ended up putting it in a foaming pump bottle just to be able to sort of use up the bottle I had already opened. I returned the other one and will not be buying this brand any longer. companies should not make changes to product that will alienate their customers because once people are this disappointed they don’t typically return easily. quality control issues are easily remedied before they’re out on the market.

Disappointing not the quality I expected from Dial
I’ve used several Dial soaps before and always been satisfied, but this Coconut Water %26 Mango version is terrible. It barely lathers—even after 3 full pumps—and feels ineffective at actually cleaning your hands. The scent is fine, but it doesn’t make up for the poor performance. Definitely not up to the usual Dial standard. Would not buy again.

Worst hand pump ever.
This is probably the worst hand soap dispenser I have ever bought. The pump is hard to use, and that is once I finally got it to work at all. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The smell is on point. But in order to get a good lather going, u need to push the nozzle 3-4 times before you get to where it’s a good lather. So u see not really worth the money, in my opinion.

I like Dial soap which is why I ordered it but when the two bottles of the same kind came, the pump spout were both broke off leaving it improbable to use it normally. The broken spout tips were not inside the bags so it was loaded into our order like that without being noticed. I had surgery a few days later so I was unable to bring them back to the store for an exchange.

What I didn’t like was that I didn’t get my products. I love Dial Ocean Splash liquid hand soap. I purchased 2 bottles and did not get my items, and was very disappointed. I couldn’t go to the store to get my items, because I just had got out of the hospital from having back surgery, so I had no way of getting my items.
