I use this for diaper rash
You can make a warm solution using the provided directions.soak a diaper in it , place the saturated slightly squeezed out diaper on the diaper rash area attaching it as you would any regular diaper and place a dry diaper on top, leaving it to compress the area for 30 minutes or longer. Recycle your dry diaper when removing the one you are using as a compress. The dry diaper usually stays dry enough to reuse until you need to compress the diaper rash again which is the next time you change the diaper or 2-3 times a day depending on how bad the diaper rash is. Equate diaper rash cream or ointment can be gently applied to the diaper rash in between compresses.
