It is really hard to put on skin. Takes awhile to sink in. I read label again to see what it says with my glasses on. Well lo and behold it is a shower body wash which is what I thought I had ordered. When it was delivered it said skin moisturizer so I assumed they sent body lotion. Dove

Lackluster body wash that didn’t help
We have used this body wash for a few weeks now and have seen no noticeable difference in improving the dryness of our skin. I finally broke down and bought a lotion from a different brand and have noticed improvement. Also this body wash doesn’t lather well. My husband and I both found ourselves using much more product than usual just to achieve the proper amount of suds.

Smells NOTHING like Dove soap. My family has used Dove for many years. The bar soap still smells the same but this body wash is nasty – has a very artificial smell. I’m returning it.

Damaged or missing items
I returned item to the store in exchange for a new item. The bottle top was broken and it had leaked out in the bag. I feel Walmart needs to have someone pick and return any damaged or missing items to the customer, there’s a reason I have my items delivered not to say I always tip the driver. I didn’t order a damaged item therefore I shouldn’t have to drive one item to a store just to get my refund Walmart please do better in customer service.

They did a replacement and sent me lotion instead of body wash now I have NO soap to take a bath with .And the replacement I agreed to was soap not lotion . I do understand they look a lot a like but please next time read the item.
