    Good cold therapy, equalvent to the name brands
    I truly like this cold therapy roll on. Its not uncomfortable like the hot/cold therapy. Doesn’t smell bad either. Gives relief, but just like any others, need to be applied frequently. Good price point. I recommend.

    This product works just as good if not better than the name brand Biofreeze. Actually more comes out of the bottle than Biofreeze which is why I buy the Equate brand. Better value for the price.

    Equate pain reliever really works , removes pain
    I have arthritis, spinal stenosis, and sciatic and have tried every roll on, and some do a semi ok job, but tried this and it starts extremely cold and after about 20 mins heats and by 1/2 hour the pains are all gone- I would not say this about many of the medications I take for pain- but this Equate ****** product is GREAT !!!!!!!*****

    Good for cool relief of muscle tension
    I have arthritis throughout my entire spine and I have degenerative disc disease. I get trigger point injections, have had epidurals and ablasions. The pain is CONSTANT so I always like to have these ice/heat roll ons with me. I use them constantly because when my muscles tighten in my neck and shoulders or low back, I roll this on (I live alone so I can use this myself) and if even for a few minutes and even if it’s in my mind, I get some relief! I tried this one because all the others like Max Freeze or BioFreeze or Ice Hot are all JUST HOT. I like this because it rolls on and feels cool and while I need the hot to relax the muscles, sometimes I just want the cold therapy. I gave it 4 stars because it doesnt last long so I’m constantly reapplying throughout the day where as when I use the roll ons with heat I don’t have to reapply as often but they burn my skin. If you have aches and pains and just want the cool feeling this is great.
