I bought a phillips sonic care electric toothbrush not too long ago and it recently just stopped working. I did not want to spend 50 dollars on another phillips brand so I took a chance on this and WOW! What a great toothbrush for a great value! Don’t bother with a name brand for a hefty price instead get this one. You won’t be sorry.

It works, but I’m not a big fan.
I wish I could’ve found an electric toothbrush that I can just plug into the wall when I need to recharge it, but I couldn’t. This toothbrush is okay, but it’s a pain to recharge. It’s hard to get the cap at the end of the brush off and the cap is so flimsy, it’s not likely to last long. It’s also difficult to get the connector into the hole at the end of the brush, which is maddening. The on/off button on the brush practically blends in with the rest of the device, which makes it hard to use by feel. And the warranty is a joke, because it involves sending the brush at your own expense to a company that will determine whether or not they think you’re entitled to a new brush, which is unlikely to be the case, no matter what. I miss the good ol’ days when people made high quality products that were easy to use and lasted a long time.

it number one it was a substitute for something else I ordered and also it was it was not a plug-in and it had to be charged with a UB cable and it did not include the charger I am returning it

Good investment but brush heads are expensive
This is a terrific product when compared to other electric products available. The battery far surpasses the life after a full charge.
The only drawback is the cost of the toothbrush heads… Equate brands have always been affordable when compared to others

Can not get replacement heads!!!
Searched and search Walmart website for replacement heads. Could NOT find any that matched despite repeatedly rewording the search bar. REALLY WALMART??? Back this goes!!!
