I’ve never used Epsom salt before %26 have been dealing with some skin issues lately. I decided to buy some and experiment a little with different ways to use it and I truly couldn’t believe the quality and quantity of this product for such an affordable price… but then again, there are several other *Equate* alternative skin care options that I swear are better than any name brand (i.e. their toner..certain moisturizers I’ve tried to date..razors..ibuprofen..etc..). I really just mean that I was pleasantly surprised by the product, glad we’ve finally been introduced, and will spread the word. I’ve yet to even try it as an actual “epsom salt 🛁” like it is well-known for. As I mentioned, I’ve been experimenting with different skincare cocktails and also finding different ways I can use it around the house [ i e. cleaning 🧹 ] This review wouldn’t do the product justice if I didn’t mention the scent of it.. it was the very 1st thing that stood out to me: was “how GOOOD this smells.” Ya just want to keep smelling it, it smells so good. I dont say that about many things.. so it is great.

This product is incredibly effective. I may have used a bit too much the first time I used it and actually fell asleep in the tub. Even just a quarter of the recommended amout in my bath is enough to help ease me out of an anxiety attack. The only bath soaks I’ve used that compare are actually medicated with CBD. I’m very impressed.

Lovely Calming Epsom Bath Salts
Every time I set myself down in a nice hot bath, I always toss a few pours of Epsom salt in the tub and to have one that aids in falling asleep really does help me relax for the evening. I love the scent, it is lovely, I love the low price for the nice sized bag, and I love that I can always get it when I need it.

This is good to use before bed. You will have a relaxing sleep. It dissolved well and it also helps if you have soreness in your body as well .

The only reason my body isn’t sore and I get a good nights sleep. I draw, or my husband draws me a bath. I soak for 25mins-2 hrs.
Draw your bath, add a bath bomb, light candles, smoke a joint…. Relax and enjoy your bath.

It was really frustrating to use the delivery service. I think I will wait until it is worth going to the store and buy my items personally, and use Amazon for delivery.

I love a good soak in the tub and I also love to add Epsom salt to the water. The addition of lavender is a plus and I really feel relaxed from the melatonin. The best part is that it’s less expensive than the other brands.

This epsom salt soak is really good. it smells really nice. I’m pretty sure it’s a knockoff for Dr. Teal’s Sleep Epsom salt. Nice for a relaxing bath.
