I love the feeling that this floss leaves in your mouth! a subtle mint taste, not overpowering. The floss is a decent thickness, getting into the places it needs and also not hurting the area at all. Great quality to price ratio. Will definitely order again.

Minty clean and very affordable!
Flossing regularly is one of the best habits that I have, so I am quite picky about the type of floss that I use. I tried out this Equate version and was very pleased. It was waxed and mint flavored (two of my own personal requirements) and it worked the same as, if not better, than any large name brand I have previously used. I can see this becoming my new go-to floss because of both the quality and the price. What a great find!

The equate mint waxed dental floss was easy to pass through even the tightest spaces between my teeth. The wax coating definitely helped make each pass between my teeth easy. I liked the minty flavor of the floss it helped me achieve the fresh breath that everyone enjoys after brushing their teeth. I would definitely buy again for myself and my children.

A Staple To Have on Hand
Equate’s Mint Waxed dental floss is a great option for standard width dental floss. The mint after taste is a perfect balance & not overwhelming. The floss itself is the ideal width to be able to properly get into every crevice & not cause discomfort. For 55 yards of reliable floss, this one takes the cake!

This was a substitute for my online order of the OralB dental floss. It tends to shred and leave “strings” in between my teeth. I rated it a three because this does not happen ALL of the time. However, when finished, I will go back to my usual brand.

Doesn’t Shred and Good Price
Have used another store’s brand of waxed floss for years, but thought I’d give this a try. This floss is very thin compared to what I have used. It’s okay, but I like the other store’s brand better. I don’t particularly like the mint flavor, but it’s not overpowering. On the plus side it doesn’t shred and the price is good, especially if you purchase the six pack.

Minty taste and nothing else
I love the minty flavor and the price but it gets caught in between terth and and then comes apart into multiple threads without any wax on them. You have to constantly get new pieces.
Not even close to the minoot amount of wax needed and the strength of the floss is next to nothing either.
Not a good value if you need 10 pieces to do your mouth.

Terrible! Prone to shredding. Threw into trash.
Terrible performance. Prone to shredding and leaving behind tiny filaments in my teeth. Right into the trash; not even worth the effort to return.
When it comes to basic floss, spend the extra $0.60 on a reputable brand– namely REACH.
Unfortunately, this is one such case where the EQUATE brand is not a viable substitute at all– such that the product in question can hardly perform its basic function.

Issues
For the price, most Walmart products are very good. This is not one of them. It seems like the dental floss is covered with some type of smelly oily substance and the thread separates while being used.

Terrible
Awful! Just dreadful awful. This was a substitute and what a waste of money. Hard to tear and the threads are loose. So it was like trying to floss with a bird nest. Pieces got stuck in my teeth. After that, I trashed it.
