95 And Dry!
I take care of my 95-year-old mother and use the overnight pads inside her pull-ups, so we pull these out and don’t have to keep removing her pull-ups. Convenient when she wears long pants and probably saves us a few cents as the pull-ups cost more. But we started using them not to save money but to keep her dry without having to undress her. If using them in this way, only attach about an inch of the adhesive to the front of the pull-up so you can pull them out without destroying the panty.

I use these inside of my diapers at night because they are super absorbent. I actually don’t have to use as many diapers because these are so absorbent. I would have to change my diapers at least three times a night and with these I just can often just change to pad and leave the diaper on.

The Best Fit
I love the EQUATE Overnight Absorbent pads. I have also used Tena, but Equate provides more absorbency and are a better fit.
I have an incontinence problem and Equate works better that Tena for night time .
Equate also has more pads if you buy the economy box.

Better than all the rest
I like this product very much i like it better than Tena, these pants are much better than Tena there’s no comparison. They’re comfortable i have one tiny little complaint if they were just a little bit more absorbent and A little bit wider on the sides to prevent leakage But other than that these are great they’re better than some of the top Name brands That are on the market. And they’re a great value compared to the other ones that are out there they fit very well into my budget i would recommend these to anyone who would need them

Great pad
I have lived with my problem for 20 years now. In the 23 years I have searched for the right pad that will not leave me with wet clothing, or smelly. I have found the best here at WalMart. EQUATE OVERNIGHT works for me even in the day time. They are the ones I use when I am not at home to keep me dry. I do use the other EQUATE pads when I am home and can get to my bathroom. It different when im out and about, I cant get to a bathroom the other pads dont hold enough like the EQUATE OVERNIGHT do.
see after I had to have a Hysterectomy back in 2002, I have a Prolapsed bladder. The Doctor cut the ligaments that held up my bladder. No one wants. to fix the problem.
That Doctor is no longer here in Arkansas any longer. He is in Texas.

Both good and bad
It seems that when you changed the backing/printing/on the pad paper covering the actual pad, the absorbency declined; by a lot. I still use them because they are cheaper than anyone else’s. That being said, you have to change this pad at least two times more than before. Using, but disappointed.

This product has changed. These overnight pads are no longer comparable to other name brand overnight pads. the quality has recently plummeted.

Not absorbent – awkward to use and discard – truly dislike them! Very disappointed! Although these were much more affordable than Discreet pads, these pads don’t deserve one star.
the width was okay – the protection failed miserably – the pad increased in size when wet but did not prevent leaks – so all in all, the pads did not hold up .

I ordered three packs of these with number 6 on them. When they arrived they were only a 5. Will buy from Amazon from now on so I get the right product

Every pad smelled like mildew and had to be thrown away. I will be asking for my money to be credited back to me.
I put in two different orders and both were mildew smelling as if they had been stored around water. You can NOT SELL MILDEW PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS FOR WOMEN. IT IS UNSANITARY.
