Let me be blunt
I wrap one on each side of the diaper to catch some of the overflow. It doesn’t always catch it all but I don’t feel anything gushing down my leg anymore. I can deal with a trickle. So, yes, I have ordered them in the past and won’t change that routine in the future.

New sizing ranges a tad obtuse but otherwise product works for what it’s for…why the heck do we need to pay tax on a necessity for womens hygiene and well being? anyways for now still reasonable price product…so I guess I’ll avoid giving a thorough Horton real life ad review.
