Comparable to name brands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this toothpaste. The packaging it came in was basic but explanatory. The toothpaste itself does a great job of cleaning my teeth. The is good. I would compare to any of the name brands that are out there. I haven’t seen much difference in the whitening, but I have noticed fresher breath when using.

The box was easy to open, however, the plastic tubing the toothpaste is in is not too sturdy. Trying to open the lid the tube would bend and make it difficult to open. The toothpaste itself was good to use.

Don’t let the Generic brand name fool ya!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for testing and my personal opinion. Let me just say! I am 99% of the time a brand name purchaser.. Ironically enough, I have been using Colgate equivalent to this Equate paste for over a year now. I was so skeptical, but decided to give this Equate paste a fair go. Man, am I glad I chose this product for review! Because it is going to save me a ton of money on toothpaste from here on out, instead of buying the super expensive brand name counter part!!
Ok, so upon first use I was blown away at how identical the product was in taste, texture, color, smell, just all over effectiveness as the brand name paste I had been using consecutive for over a year! I wouldn’t even have known the difference if I were blind folded.. Lol After about a month now of consecutive use of this equate paste, I am sold! My teeth are just as white as they were with the brand name! And for WAY less $$!
This is the one I will be purchasing from now on!

Good but regular toothpaste

Dupe to the Colgate Advanced Whitening
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Equate Optimal Care is a nice budget friendly dupe of the Colgate Total Advanced Whitening toothpaste. I would say overall the toothpaste gets the job done and does compare pretty similarly to the Colgate toothpaste. I wish it tasted a bit more refreshing but I think it did a good job of whitening my teeth while also giving it a good clean. I also like how the packaging has a cap lid and not a screw top. Keeps everything a lot cleaner.
