Just wanted to share my review to help others! I usually do keto a couple times a year to maintain my weight. This last time, nothing was happening. I typically only need to stay on keto for 2 to 3 weeks. after 3 weeks I didn’t lose a single pound. These pills helped! I’m only on day five, but I’ve lost 4 lb. I’m 42 so I guess im hitting that age where more things start changing

Definitely worth a try
I was having terrible night sweats that would wake me up several times each night with wet sheets. I would wake up feeling awful the next morning from losing so much sleep. I tried other supplements that were more expensive and didn’t work or had side effects. The Estroven has lessened the frequency and severity of my night sweats. It is 100% better than any other product I’ve tried. Plus, it’s only one capsule a day. I’m just a regular customer. I didn’t get anything for this review. Just hoping to help others who are also suffering from menopause.

Amazing product
I have been taking this for 1 week, already have noticed hot flashes have lessened, with watching what I eat, I am down 6 pounds. Prior to taking this, no matter what I did I was stuck at a certain weight. Now, I can definitely tell this is making a difference.

Relieves Hot Flashes
It helps with hot flashes. It took three weeks for the hot flashes to stop. I’ve been using this formula of Estroven for five months. The hot flashes haven’t returned.
The ingredients are the same in the Perimenopausal and the Weight Management capsules. So, if you can’t find one, use the other.

Easy to swallow, great for hot flashes
Works well for hot flashes, but doesnt really help with weight loss- you will just maintain your current weight. I dont suffer with night sweats so Im not sure of Estroven’s effectiveness for night sweats or mood.

I was really hoping this would help me with hot flashes and calm my hormones and cravings for snacks! It seems to help calm my hot flashes not hit me all day but I’m still sweating in the morning after I start getting dressed, still get irratable and doesn’t help with my wanting snacks at night! Maybe I need to take them for a bit more and then they will help me better!

I’ve only been taking for a week now but so far I think it is starting to help with the hot flashes. I’m not sure about weight management like it says I certainly hope it does. That seems to be helping some.

Not what is advertised at all, period and cramps
This didn’t help my symptoms. It only added more cramps and a period i had not had in over a year, not cool, quite upsetting honestly. Seems pretty counterproductive to put me back in time with a period and horrible cramps again.

I really was hoping this was going to stop the night sweats after reading all the good reports about it that other said it had helped them unfortunately it did not work for me:-( I tried for 2 months unfortunately there was not even a little bit of an improvement
