It works!
I was having peri-menopause symptoms really bad. I noticed after taking this consistently for a few weeks, my symptoms greatly improved. I stopped taking it and the symptoms returned. So I make sure I keep taking it regularly now.

Miracle for night sweats
It does take some time to build up in you system and you have to continue to use it regularly, but in just a couple of weeks my night sweats were so much better. Been taking it for a little over 6 months now and my night sweats are completely gone.

It suppresses your appetite and limits cravings. I saw results after 30 days. My jeans fitted more loosely. I lost nearly 10lbs after two months.

no more night sweats! I didn’t believe it could happen, but when I don’t take it, I wake up drenched. When I do take it, dry! A miracle!

No more hot flashes
Curbed the hot flashes but wish it helped with weight more. Strength and HIIT exercises is the only thing that will help that. Luckily my hot flashes are gone after about a month of taking this, but don’t skip a pill or will have to start over I’ve been told.
