Grateful for these scissors! I have very arthritic hands that are painful to use and have become extremely weak as well. I can’t open most packages so I cut them open. However I could no longer use the pairs of scissors that I normally use. These student scissors are so much lighter, easier to operate and sharp. They get the job done with Much less pain and effort.

Great pair of general purpose scissors
These are a solid choice for a general purpose scissor. Don’t let the “student” designation fool you into thinking these are little kid safety scissors. They are full size. Feel comfortable in the hand. The plastic handle is nice and thick so they don’t hurt when tackling up long cutting project. Definitely right handed. Very sharp (although in my house, my kids will surely use them for some unapproved purpose and ruin them!). I took the picture next to a standard box of tissues to give you a size reference. Overall – I highly recommend these!

Best scissors I’ve ever used
I have the Fiskars Graduate scissors 8 inch Blue color. I do a lot of craft work on a wide range of materials. These have proven to be nice and sharp with larger finger loops. These are a great quality stainless steel pair of scissors and are my go to scissors.
