Five Star Spiral Notebooks are Perfect for My Need
I recently ordered five spiral notebooks to have on hand to keep track of doctors appointment information. These are sturdy notebooks, open up flat on a tabletop for writing and hold up well. I esp. like the wide spaces “wide rule” between the lines since I wrote large.

Good for taking notes
The paper is good quality, and limits bleed through. The ruling has good spacing for keeping the note-taking in straight lines. The covers are of adequate thickness to protect the pages on the inside of the notebook.

Did NOT receive in my DELIVERY from store (like my receipt shows I SHOULD have).
Tried to use ‘start a refund’ option….
It had NO option for ‘did not receive,’ %26 required me to RETURN an item I did NOT receive!

Deceptive assorted color listing
I bought the assorted colors option, thinking I was going to get more than just one notebook. Individual colors are only $2, so when you see a picture of 5 notebooks listed as “assorted colors” for $9, it gives the impression that you’re getting 5 notebooks. Very deceptive, and purposely deceptive. Why would a random color be $9 while a color selected by the buyer be $2? They do it so that they sell overpriced

Utterly Despicable Company
Remove the QR codes, triangles, and assorted garbage from the pages. They clutter the work and distract the eye. At least announce clearly that these have the codes; I purchased them expecting the same notebooks I have used for 20 years. Instead I got geometry dash.
Telling me with a straight face that you “do not carry any notebooks without QR codes” is just the height of idiocy. You have good customer service employees but this company is run by fools, clowns, and children. Hide your heads in shame, if you have enough integrity left to remember what shame is.

It was advertised as if it was a multi-pack of notebooks…but surprise you just paid over $8 for one single notebook. There is no notebook worth over $8. This is a rip-off.
