Good news, bad news
Liked the speed at which the order was delivered. The pens appeared to have been previously used. Some were less than half full, but returning things is more of a hassle than reminding myself why I hate ordering things on line. And one of the items I ordered could not be delivered for some reason because the address was incorrect. How come all my other items were delivered with no problem?

I was very disappointed in the quality of the gel pens! I have always purchased my gels pens here abd had always had good luck! These pens were not good at all! 10 of them so far don’t work at all! 4 have no ink in them! i haven’t tried all of them yet so who knows how many more wont work! I’ve had 5 that worked about 5 minutes then dont work after that! I think I should be refunded my money and a new set sent to me at no cost! I dont qant to go to the hassle of returning them! I will look elsewhere for my gel pens if this is not corrected in a timely matter! I spend alot of money at Walmart every month! I have never been so disappointed in a product at Walmart before! I would not buy these pens again! Please do the right thing by a loyal customer and refund the money for these pens and send me another set free of charge! To other customers I would suggest finding other gel pens to purhase!
