Strong enough for dad life, but mom nose approved
I grabbed this Gillette Clear Gel 2-pack for my husband because, let’s be honest, with four kids, we’re all running a marathon every day—and no one has time to smell like it.
He’s been using it daily, and so far, no complaints from him or me (which is saying a lot). The Cool Wave scent is fresh and clean—strong enough to smell good, but not “middle school boy in a cloud of Axe” strong. It actually lasts all day, even through work, yard chores, and wrestling with toddlers.
The clear gel goes on smooth and doesn’t leave white marks on his shirts (bless), though the twist dispenser took a second to figure out—he almost broke the first one trying to get it to work. Gillette, maybe a tiny arrow next time?
Bottom line: It works, smells great, doesn’t stain clothes, and I don’t have to think about replacing it for a while. That’s a win in my book—and in his armpits.

No stinky pits
My husband has used this product for several years. We live in a very humid area of the country and he has been very happy with both the antiperspirant and deodorant properties. He’s most satisfied, though, that there is no yellowing in the armpit of his shirts when using the Gillette Cool Wave or after it’s laundered. I’m pretty happy about that, too.

A lil overpriced but have been using this for over a decade now and cannot be replaced. Goes on clear, drys quickly, and with heavy sweating most days, it works well for me.

My boyfriend works all day outside in florida when it gets 98 degrees outside this stuff still holds up. No residue on shirts like stick deoderant. Thumbs up!!

I’m a girl and I use this deodorant. This product is my holy grail! I am very active and women’s deodorant doesn’t cut it! I have tried every women’s deodorant on the market with no success I tried this deodorant and it WORKS! After a long day of hiking, jogging or working out, this deodorant has me covered. I hope this helps all my girlies!

Long time user.
Been using it for 12 plus years. Haven’t found anything better. Works for me, but I don’t perspire heavily. I think the 72-hour protection claim is false. I don’t think there is such a thing. Who ever try to make their deodorant last 3 days? Lol. If you don’t let it dry before you put your shirt on, it will leave permanent aluminum stains on your light (especially white) shirts.

This particular antiperspirant works really well for me but the price is so out outrageous. I want to capitalize on my business ideas so I won’t give away a for sure way Gillette could corner the market unless they contact me and write me a check. At the end of the day I have tried other products and this one is the best.

beware of broken lift screw
this is one of my favorite deodorants and even though the fragrance I initially wanted wasn’t able to be found it was replaced at this set of two. one of these unfortunately has a bent screw in the center so it does not push up the deodorant and is not usable.

Run don’t buy.
Do not purchase for your teen or hard working partner. It does not mix well with natural body odor. Smells horrible when they come in from outside or sweat. It says 72 hour but I don’t think it’s 12 hours even. Get the other brand. Run don’t buy!
