When you put one on you could lift it off very easy.. i had my husband put one on for me and i left it on about 10 hours and it did nothing for back pain. if i can, i will be returning them.

Don’t waste your money
I don’t know if they work. I put one on my lower back and within about an hour it fell off. Very poor adhesive. Complete waste of money!
