How to Use?

Note

1. Before cleaning, be sure to unplug the power plug from the socket, then unplug the insert-able tube connector, disconnect the control device from the heating plate, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

2. The controller must never come into contact with water or other liquids, as this may cause damage.

3. Please note that frequent washing of the heating pad may have a negative impact on the product. Therefore, the heating pad should be washed in the washing machine no more than 10 times within its lifespan.

4. After washing, reshape the heating pad back to its original size while it is still damp, and lay it flat on a clothes rack to dry.

5. If the heating pad has been working for more than a few hours, we recommend setting the lowest temperature setting on the controller to avoid overheating the body part being heated, which may cause skin burns.
