These pads hold up really well. I tend to have a very heavy flow on the first and second days of my period. I also suffer from endometriosis and set to have surgery soon. These hold up better than the usual super pads. I plan to continue using them, even after my surgery.

I know a lot of people are skeptical about using the herbal infused pads and liners. But I find they are fantastic, and actually help with some of the pain. They stay securely in place because of the way they fasten. The extra long ones flare out and have extra adhesive to keep them in place without bunching. I know a lot of people are skeptical about using the herbal infused pads and liners, but they actually help with some of the pain. They are by far the best pads on the market in my opinion. although they are worth every penny, I do wish they were a little less pricey since we buy 4 packs/month.

Item Opened and Missing One Pad!
The item was opened and tampered with and one pad was missing. It came in with a piece of shipping tape to keep it together. Other than that unfortunate part the pads are soothing and keep you cool especially in warmer temperatures.
