i cut these smaller to use when i had an angry muscle in my neck. worked great. got 4 uses out of 1 patch by cutting them. lasted well over 8 hours too

this really works for pain. when I get severe back pain I put this on and it lasts well up to 8 hours maybe even a little more. once it starts working within I would say 5 minutes 10 minutes you don’t feel the pain anymore. highly recommend.

Pull each one apart to get wrapper off. Apply on back and it sticks. Shirt will have the scent. Slowly peel off. No pain wearing them where applied

Great for sore muscles and joints
These icy hot patches are just the best for handling sore knees and muscles. I use it on a knee with osteoarthritis and also on that leg when the muscle is sore from cramping or overuse. It’s very effective at numbing the pain and I feel good knowing that it’s notfrom a drug that would have some side effects. I even have sensitive skin and I’m able to wear the patch for a full day, or a full night, with no problem at all.

This Really Works!
I tried other patches including Salonpas, which didn’t work at all. This patch really works from the time I put it on before bed and throughout the night to the morning. I am able to sleep with less pain and get up with less back pain in the morning. You get one package with 3 patches inside. Each patch is very big. A single patch covers my entire low back pain area. It does not come off when I sleep. There is a slight menthol smell but it is not strong or unbearable. This patch lessens my pain shortly after putting it on and throughout the 8 hours that I have it on. I would buy these again.

They really work.
The the patches are awesome. They are a good size, they stay attached better than any we have used. Sometimes almost too well, watch your skin when removing. But, best of all, they really stop the pain in our back, and seem to reduce pain down our legs as well.

Does Three patches equal Six if they are supposed to have 6 and there are Three… cut in half? I could have gotten regular for this. Not happy.

Patches that don’t heat
I have always used the hot patches for my back…I am 79 years young and I have stenosis of the spine…when the rains starts to fall, my back starts to hurt….I decided to give Icy Hot XL patches a try because the idea of cold then hot or vice/versa seemed like a good idea…It is…but the patch never gets hot….it does get cold and that’s fine but it certainly doesn’t get hot at all….back to the drawing board!!!!!

i recived a pack of large icy hot patches. you text said you were substituting xl for large i text and okayed it. and gòt them with my groceries plus the same size nò xl. and the toilet brush you said i got it but no picture of proof. i havè tried to contact you. veŕy disappointed
