Icy Hot Pro helps to relieve my muscle and nerve pain. It is one of the strongest sprays available over-the-counter. It never clogs. It sprays from whatever direction I turn it, which makes it great when I’m trying to spray my own back and neck area. Excellent product!

I have had 2 failed back surgeries. Now left with a whole lot of metal and some miserable pain .No medication or other kind of spray or creme has given me any kind of relief like this Icy hot pro.It gives me the time to do the things I need an want to do during the day an sleep a little more at nite .
So as for me it works ! Also due yourself a favor get 2 when its on sale ,you won’t be sorry.

It’s not bad for instant muscle relief. Not a miracle cure, but it does help with taking away the intensity of my worst muscle aches in my neck. The cat gets freaked out by the sound, and I’m sure she doesn’t enjoy the scent, but what can you do?

Spray is not as good/effective as the roll on
This spray version is not as good/effective as the role on and the smell is overwhelming in comparison too
For some reason, using this canned spray cannot also use as easily to spray on my back (bottom upwards) for lower back pain as easily as I can with Biofreeze spray
The only thing I can positively say is there is no cap and you must rotate the nozzle to turn on
