This is my first time using this product but I have used Country Life for years and I trust them so I thought I would give it a try seeing other products haven’t done much. I feel less bloated and less hot flashes as a result of its use.

I recommend this supplement. I have been taking capsules for 13 days now. Finally, I stopped feeling hot flashes. I tried other supplements for several months, but I did not feel the same effect. They also helped, but they did not clean up 100%, but only 60%. This supplement is my favorite today.

Menopause Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this formula because I suffer from some of the most common menopausal symptoms – night sweats, hot flashes and sleeplessness. I took as directed for one month – 1 capsule, 2 times a day – I took one in the morning and one in the evening. What I noticed most was that my hot flashes and night sweats were definitely not as severe as they had been. As far as sleep, some nights were really good and I feel I don’t get as angry when I do get angry.
I would definitely suggest for anyone for suffers from menopausal symptoms to try.
The reason I didn’t give the formula a 10 was because I don’t like that I have to take it twice a day at different times, I definitely missed a few nights but it was still effective.
