Good for long term aches/cramps
This Midol does exactly what it says, it is long lasting. It will work twice as long as the other Midol. If you have body aches and muscle aches, along with cramps during your time of the month, I would recommend this.

I ran out and was in desperate quick need of some Midol to make me last through the day. Thanks to Walmart delivery I got it that day so I could function properly. WOW this stuff lasted all day. Super woman style. Recommend!

Not For Me
To be honest, Midal just does not work at all for me. I had hoped this long-lasting one would, since they were out of the Pamprin when I went by. Unfortunately, it’s still a no. I have no idea why one brand works, and the other doesn’t even touch it. I’ve been told by nearly everyone I’ve talked to about it that its the same for them, the other brand works for them, but not this one. There have been a few who do get relief with this brand, and I guess one of them are going to be getting a nearly bew bottle now.
